I hope you guys have had an amazing month, I sure did! I released a new beat as part of Cymatic’s Chaos beat-making competition please do check it out if you haven’t already. I also launched my mixing service for which you can check out my portfolio here.
Here are some of my favourite release of the past month:
Musa gets those amazing upbeat vibes going with their track Wonderland. This track is destined to leave you in state of euphoria and eternal vibey-ness!
Year 2000 samples one of those songs we’ve all heard but can’t really remember what it’s called. The breaks are a nice throwback to the early 2000’s which is contrasted by the drop which sounds like it comes from a post-apocalyptic AI lead world! 4 out of 5 bass faces
Instant coffee is one of the most mellow and calming tunes you’ll ever hear. It is from Straim’s ‘lost in transition EP’ and is perfect for listening on loop on a rainy day! I’d definitely suggest checking out the rest of the album as well
Weeble Wobble sounds exactly like what you think a song named Weeble Wobble sounds like. The hard-hitting drums are for sure to make you miss the rails at a festival 4.5 out of 5 bass faces
The prophecy is the perfect song for any riddim head. The gnarly bass will leave you with a sore neck from all the headbanging. 4.5 out of 5 bass faces
Tell me’s captivating vocals and luscious synths are the perfect lead up to the punchy bass that combined with the bouncy melodic dubstep rhythm will make you wish you were in a festival having the time if your life. 3.5 out of 5 bass faces
FXCKITUP delivers an energetic intro followed by an intense build that’ll have you hyped even before the drop. The screaming synths will leave you making the most nastiest bass face ever! 4 out of 5 bass faces
Take it back as the name suggests will make you want to ‘take it back’ to the beginning of the track. The crazy sound design and simplistic arrangement make it super catchy and easy to listen to on repeat. 3.5 out of 5 bass faces
